Exchange Policy
We currently do not accept returns. However, we offer size exchanges within 5 days of delivery, subject to the following:
- Product must be unused, unwashed, and with original tags intact
- Exchange is subject to product availability
- A small shipping & handling fee will apply
- An unboxing video is mandatory — clearly showing the package upon delivery and opening

💔 Return for Damaged Items
If your item is damaged or defective upon delivery, we’re here to make it right.
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
- Share clear images of the damage and your order details
- An unboxing video is required for any damage claims
- Delivery charges will not be refunded
