Exchange Policy

We currently do not accept returns. However, we offer size exchanges within 5 days of delivery, subject to the following:

  • Product must be unused, unwashed, and with original tags intact
  • Exchange is subject to product availability
  • A small shipping & handling fee will apply
  • An unboxing video is mandatory — clearly showing the package upon delivery and opening

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share clear images of the damage and your order details
  • An unboxing video is required for any damage claims
  • Delivery charges will not be refunded
